We are looking for a talented and experienced Visual Merchandising Expert to shape the in-store experience by developing effective store layouts and enhancing product presentation to maximize customer engagement and drive sales.

Position Overview:

The visual merchandising expert will be responsible for designing and implementing visually compelling store layouts and planograms that align with our brand standards and merchandising strategies. This role requires a professional with a strong understanding of visual merchandising principles, store atmospherics, and the ability to create engaging displays that enhance the overall shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Store Layout & Planogram Development: Design and execute optimized store layouts and planograms that drive traffic flow, enhance product visibility, and maximize sales potential.
• Visual Merchandising Principles: Apply advanced visual merchandising techniques to create attractive and functional displays that highlight key products and promotions.
• Store Atmospherics: Develop and implement store atmospherics that align with brand identity, creating an inviting shopping environment that engages customers and promotes brand loyalty.
• Collaboration: Work closely with category managers, marketing, and store operations teams to ensure that visual merchandising aligns with marketing campaigns and sales objectives.
• Market Trend Analysis: Stay updated on visual merchandising trends and implement best practices to keep the shopping experience fresh and competitive.
• Display Maintenance & Optimization: Oversee regular maintenance and refreshment of in-store displays to ensure consistency and relevance.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in retail visual merchandising, with proven experience in in-store layout design and planogram development.
• A Master’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, Architecture, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field from a reputable university is preferred.

• Proficient in visual merchandising principles and store atmospherics.
• Strong understanding of store layout planning and planogram development.
• Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and a strong sense of aesthetics.
