Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment process including posting job openings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support performance management processes by tracking employee performance and organizing evaluations.
  • Assist in the preparation and management of payroll activities in compliance with labor laws.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Provide general administrative support to HR functions.
  • Coordinate orientation and onboarding processes for new hires.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
  • Proficient in using Excel, Word, PW Kara, and Rahkaran software.
  • Familiarity with payroll management and labor laws.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
