Job Description
Job Purpose:
The person is responsible for organizing sales and distribution activities, as well as developing an effective sales filing system. The distribution performance coordinator will work directly with the distribution team to ensure that all the administrative and support functions of the sales department are operating effectively.
Areas of Responsibility:
Reports:
- Support the distribution team in different aspects by consolidating, analyzing, and forwarding daily action summaries.
- Collect and store sales information and provide performance sales reports against KPIs.
- Support and preparation of timely reports regarding the performance of the distribution team.
- Legal affairs and distributor auditing:
- Assist and communicate effectively with Finance, Legal, and Corporate Affairs departments by providing required documents and forms.
- Monitor and track tobacco licenses of distributors based on the expiry date and purchase limitations.
- Provide the renewed contract of distributors based on the management direction.
- Prepare and sign KYC and contracts of new distributors.
Planning:
- Assist management in preparing monthly sales plans per Channel, SKU & Division based on history, production plan, and A&SP, OL, LE & RSF Targets.
Price monitoring:
- Collect and update JTI prices and its rivals at all levels.
Communication:
- Work with colleagues and other departments in the development and delivery of projects.
- Develop the sales system with close coordination with the IT/finance and logistics teams.
Candidate Profile:
- Education: a Bachelor's degree and/or any other relevant education, preferably in sales and/or marketing fields.
Work Experience and Competencies:
- At least 2 years of experience in the marketing and sales field in FMCG companies.
- Organized with a high level of administrative ability to effectively manage paperwork.
- Able to perform under stressful conditions.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Languages and Computer Skills:
- Intermediate in English in both writing and speaking.
- Proficiency with MS Office, particularly MS Excel, Power Query, and Power BI.
