The field service engineer Intern will develop practical skills from deploying cutting-edge technologies to collaborating with clients to solve problems efficiently skills that will set you apart in today's competitive job market. The field service engineer intern reports to the service team lead.

You will be responsible for:

  • Provide technical support for Roche Pars products, analyzers, and systems.
  • Instal, repair, and maintain Roche Pars products, and document and report all service activities in compliance with Roche standards.
  • Extend support with all customer-related documents.
  • Ensure software and hardware upgrades of Roche systems. Deliver high uptime of systems and customer satisfaction.
  • Extend regional support if requested for a line of expertise.

Requirements

Who You Are:

  • Holder of a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Mechatronic Engineering.
  • Strong in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
  • Committed to excellence in service beyond the usual normal working hours and conditions.
  • Eager to learn and gain experience with a professional team.
  • Fluent in Farsi and familiar with English (speaking, reading, and writing).
  • Flexible, mobile, and willing to travel to customer sites.
  • An end-of-service/exemption card is mandatory for men.
