Job Description

  • Informing all employees about the policy and safety, occupational health, and environmental issues.
  • Informing and raising awareness about occupational health and safety and environmental issues.
  • Planning and implementing appropriate measures to comply with the principles of safety, occupational health, and environment.
  • Updating safety, occupational health, and environmental requirements and informing stakeholders.
  • Issuing work permits for hazardous activities.
  • Identifying and environmental aspects of the organization's activities with the participation of stakeholders.
  • Cooperating in the evaluation and selection of contractors in terms of safety, health, and environmental issues.
  • Preparing safety, occupational health, and environmental documents for contractors' activities and notifying them.
  • Carrying out periodic occupational health and safety and environmental visits by HSE officials from different units.
  • Identify non-conformities through corrective action or preventive action and follow up on the implementation.
  • Identify the task of identifying non-conformities with the opinions of senior management.
  • Identify and determine safe locations in cooperation with building management/maintenance and repairs.
  • Cooperate in developing emergency exit and safe location maps.
  • Record incidents and incidents and reports/incidents and analyze them.
  • Potential response conditions in emergency situations and plan scenarios for them.
  • Planning emergency response plans in coordination with senior management.
  • Evaluating emergency response maneuvers and reviewing them.
  • Documenting emergency response maneuvers.
  • Planning emergency response and emergency exit routes and online notification to all stakeholders.
  • Planning for charging fire extinguishers.
  • Coordinating safety assessments for machinery from inspection companies or competent centers.
  • Identifying chemicals used in the organization and preparing MSDS chemical information.
  • Periodic visit to the first aid kit and coordination to update first aid equipment.
  • Identifying resources required for HSE implementation and notifying senior management.
  • Editing information on purchasing safety and health equipment including PPE, safety signs, etc.
  • Requesting purchase of occupational safety and health and environmental equipment.
  • Planning for periodic medical examinations of doctors.
  • Planning for source separation in administrative and operational units.
