Job Description

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets for mining operations.
  • Conduct resource allocation and workload management to optimize project performance.
  • Implement project control processes to monitor progress, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions as necessary.
  • Facilitate regular project status meetings, ensuring effective communication among all stakeholders.
  • Utilize project management software and tools to track project milestones and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess project risks.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate project status to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, or Project Management.
  • At least 4 years of experience in project planning and control within the mining or metals.
  • Experience in the mining or metals industry.
  • Strong proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Primavera, Microsoft Project).
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
