Job Description

  • Lead complex negotiations related to sourcing new suppliers and obtaining price quotes from them.
  • Identify, review, and assess potential suppliers based on quality, delivery time, and alignment with organizational needs.
  • Engage in necessary activities to establish effective relationships with suppliers.
  • Review and monitor products received from suppliers to ensure they meet defined requirements.
  • Submit proposals, request pricing, and negotiate with suppliers while adhering to organizational rules and guidelines.
  • Prepare and present specialized reports regarding purchasing records to superiors.
  • Carry out necessary actions to control costs while complying with organizational laws, guidelines, and budgets.
  • Perform activities necessary for preparing and signing contracts with suppliers in accordance with established laws and guidelines.
  • Manage booth setups and events, ensuring continuous follow-up until results are achieved.
  • Create an archive for documenting purchase records and supplier information.
  • Review and control invoices received at the source for accuracy verification.

Requirements:

  • At least three years of experience in domestic procurement.
  • Experience in both construction and event organization will be considered an advantage.
  • Proficient in negotiation principles and techniques.
  • Understanding of internal purchasing processes.
  • Teamwork and effective communication skills.
  • Responsibility and results-oriented.
