Responsibilities:
- Design and develop digital products with a focus on user needs.
- Conduct UX research, including interviews, usability tests, and data analysis.
- Create and maintain a cohesive system design.
- Design user interfaces (UI) and define product interactions.
- Develop prototypes and conduct user testing.
- Collaborate with various teams, including development, product, and marketing.
- Document design processes and the rationale behind design decisions.
Requirements:
- Over 2 years of experience in designing digital products.
- Proficiency in UX research and user data analysis.
- Mastery of Figma.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in design.
- Creativity and innovation in design.
