Job Description

  • Plan annual activities in the long run and create KPIs for enterprise occupations.
  • Plan for newcomer orientation and socialization.
  • Feasibility study for holding training courses, designing training courses, time planning, teaching methods, measuring effectiveness.
  • Recognize recruiting resources, resume rankings, indicators and test methods, and their assessment in interviews and written tests, interviewing and negotiation techniques, and control perceived errors in selection.
  • Plan, develop, evaluate, improve, and communicate methods and techniques for promoting, compensating, evaluating, and training personnel.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in related fields. 
  • At least 5 years of HR management experience.
  • Professional knowledge of all HR areas.
  • Command of labor law.
  • Ability to budget human resources.
  • Ability to lead and persuade people.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Excellent oral or written communication skills.
  • Presentation experience.
