Job Description
The admin supervisor is responsible for overseeing administrative tasks and ensuring efficient operations within the department. They play a key role in coordinating and managing administrative staff to support the organization's daily operations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage corporate events.
- Oversee employee services, including transportation, facilities, mail room, and company cell phones.
- Control administration costs, prepare budget reports, and manage CAPEX.
- Collaborate with HR to develop and implement company policies and procedures.
- Arrange travel for TSI employees in accordance with company guidelines.
- Maintain relationships with admin suppliers and utility service providers for headquarters maintenance.
Requirements:
- A university degree in Business Management, or any related major.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Experience in travel and event management.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with top management and external suppliers.
- At least 5 years of experience in administration or other similar roles.
- Advantageous to have experience working in a multinational environment.
- Good understanding of financial impacts and budgeting.
