Job Description

The admin supervisor is responsible for overseeing administrative tasks and ensuring efficient operations within the department. They play a key role in coordinating and managing administrative staff to support the organization's daily operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage corporate events.
  • Oversee employee services, including transportation, facilities, mail room, and company cell phones.
  • Control administration costs, prepare budget reports, and manage CAPEX.
  • Collaborate with HR to develop and implement company policies and procedures.
  • Arrange travel for TSI employees in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Maintain relationships with admin suppliers and utility service providers for headquarters maintenance.

Requirements:

  • A university degree in Business Management, or any related major.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Experience in travel and event management.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with top management and external suppliers.
  • At least 5 years of experience in administration or other similar roles.
  • Advantageous to have experience working in a multinational environment.
  • Good understanding of financial impacts and budgeting.
