The admin supervisor is responsible for overseeing administrative tasks and ensuring efficient operations within the department. They play a key role in coordinating and managing administrative staff to support the organization's daily operations.
Main Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage corporate events.
Oversee employee services, including transportation, facilities, mail room, and company cell phones.
Control administration costs, prepare budget reports, and manage CAPEX.
Collaborate with HR to develop and implement company policies and procedures.
Arrange travel for TSI employees in accordance with company guidelines.
Maintain relationships with admin suppliers and utility service providers for headquarters maintenance.
Requirements:
A university degree in Business Management, or any related major.
Fluent in spoken and written English.
Experience in travel and event management.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with top management and external suppliers.
At least 5 years of experience in administration or other similar roles.
Advantageous to have experience working in a multinational environment.
Good understanding of financial impacts and budgeting.
