Job Description

  • Responsible for managing all warranty cases within the dealer network.
  • Manage the whole technical support team to increase the quality of repair and service for customers.
  • Manage the road assistant department and try to optimize the process.
  • Manage and support the PDI team in our factory to make sure trucks are delivered without any problems to customers.
  • Monitor the performance of the central workshop and plan to increase the profitability of the central workshop.
  • Annual planning, determining the goals and indicators of the after-sales service.
  • Develop an after-sales service business to ensure the retention of customers.
  • Guide and lead unit members to motivate.
