Job Description

  • Ensure the implementation of the sales fundamentals: coverage, distribution, and visibility.
  • Regularly visiting the market to stay informed about potential opportunities. Ensuring efficient geographical coverage and cross-selling opportunities to achieve full business potential (sales and profit).
  • Monitor the retailers' performance in their areas.
  • Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-ups.
  • Identify and resolve customer concerns.
  • Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, and any other daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Manage people who are under his supervision.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of managerial experience in FMCG.
  • Strong teamwork and working effectively with others.
  • Ability to train, motivate, and promote the sales team.
  • Leadership and supervisory competencies.
  • Communication skills.
  • Strong English proficiency
  • Follow-up skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
