Monitor the retailers' performance in their areas.
Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-ups.
Identify and resolve customer concerns.
Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, and any other daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

Requirements:
At least 3 years of managerial experience in FMCG.
Strong teamwork and working effectively with others.
Ability to train, motivate, and promote the sales team.
