Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the executive team as directed to ensure company goals and objectives are achieved and operations run smoothly.
- Coordinate complex scheduling and extensive calendar management, while also managing the content and flow of information to senior executives.
- Act as the main point of contact between executives and internal or external colleagues.
- Manage communication between upper management and employees, coordinating with internal and external executives on various projects and tasks.
- Handle professional and personal scheduling for executives, including agendas, mail, email, calls, travel arrangements, client management, and other company logistics.
- Prepare reports, presentations, memos, letters, and other documents as needed.
- Conduct research and gather data to prepare documents for review and presentation by the board of directors, committees, and executives.
- Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, exercising discretion when interfacing with the business.
- Manage complex office administrative tasks requiring independent judgment and initiative.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate corporate records, documents, and reports.
Requirements:
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and organize daily workloads based on priorities.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making abilities.
- Well-developed organizational skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills in both Persian and English.
- Ability to build relationships at all levels within the company and with external contacts.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in another relevant administrative support role.
- In-depth understanding of MS Office.
- A flexible team player who is willing to do what it takes to get the job done; adaptable and enjoys taking on challenges.
