Job Description

  • Provide comprehensive support to all directors.
  • Schedule internal and external meetings for directors.
  • Document received and sent letters, emails, and juridical processes (e.g., a communique from Divan Edalat, insurance organizations, etc.), categorizing by the sender, date, subject, and other relevant details.
  • Prepare daily reports from all office departments.
  • Coordinate office activities, including ceremonial events and services:
  • Schedule meetings, training sessions, and other appointments.
  • Arrange purchases required for meetings.
  • Manage directors' guests from arrival to departure, including arranging transport as needed.
  • Assist the office administrator, covering her duties during absences.
  • Manage petty cash for day-to-day office expenses.
  • Perform additional daily tasks as requested by directors.
  • Oversee and confirm directors' travel arrangements, including visas, CIP services, tickets, and hotel bookings.
  • Organize events in line with the directors' plans and ideas.
  • Prepare an annual report.

Requirements:

  • At least a Bachelor's degree.
  • Preferably over two years of experience in a related field.

Technical Skills:

  • Advanced proficiency in ICDL.
  • Strong command of Outlook.
  • Advanced understanding of administrative processes.
  • Language Skills: Upper-intermediate proficiency in English.

Personal Skills:

  • Strong work ethic.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Effective multitasking capabilities.
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines in challenging situations.
