Schedule internal and external meetings for directors.
Document received and sent letters, emails, and juridical processes (e.g., a communique from Divan Edalat, insurance organizations, etc.), categorizing by the sender, date, subject, and other relevant details.
Prepare daily reports from all office departments.
Coordinate office activities, including ceremonial events and services:
Schedule meetings, training sessions, and other appointments.
Arrange purchases required for meetings.
Manage directors' guests from arrival to departure, including arranging transport as needed.
Assist the office administrator, covering her duties during absences.
Manage petty cash for day-to-day office expenses.
Perform additional daily tasks as requested by directors.
Oversee and confirm directors' travel arrangements, including visas, CIP services, tickets, and hotel bookings.
Organize events in line with the directors' plans and ideas.
Prepare an annual report.
Requirements:
At least a Bachelor's degree.
Preferably over two years of experience in a related field.
Technical Skills:
Advanced proficiency in ICDL.
Strong command of Outlook.
Advanced understanding of administrative processes.
Language Skills: Upper-intermediate proficiency in English.
