Job Description

The corporate brand manager is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives. This role will oversee the development, maintenance, and evolution of the company's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints and customer interactions. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of marketing principles, branding, and customer behavior, and will be able to leverage these skills to drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Strategy Development: Develop and maintain a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives, customer needs, and market trends.
  • Brand Identity: Develop and maintain the company's brand identity, including the visual identity (logos, color palette, typography), tone of voice, and messaging framework.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure consistency across all touchpoints, including advertising, marketing materials, product packaging, website, social media, and customer interactions.
  • Customer Insights: Conduct market research and analyze customer data to understand consumer needs, preferences, and behaviors to inform brand strategy.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing Communications, Creative Services, Digital Marketing, and Product Development to ensure alignment and effective execution of brand strategies.
  • Brand Governance: Develop and maintain brand guidelines and standards to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Budget Management: Manage budget for brand-related initiatives and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze key performance metrics (e.g., brand awareness, engagement, conversion rates) to measure campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.
  • Staying Current: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually improve brand management processes and strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing or branding.
  • A proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, branding, and customer behavior.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience working with data analysis tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign).
