Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team. This role is instrumental in driving revenue growth through innovative strategies, partnerships, and enhancing guest experiences. The ideal candidate has a strong background in sales, marketing, and business development, with a passion for the entertainment and entertainment industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to increase ticket sales and people's presence in the park.
  • Identify new revenue streams through opportunities to increase sales of food, merchandise, and other services within the park.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
  • Use insights to inform business strategies and advertising campaigns.
  • Build and foster relationships with local businesses, schools, and community organizations to assist the sales team for group sales and special events.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create joint promotions that increase visibility and attract new customers.
  • Help design and implement targeted marketing campaigns to increase attendance in off-peak times.
  • Oversee the development of loyalty programs and promotions that encourage repeat visits.
  • Work closely with operational teams to ensure sales opportunities are effectively integrated into the guest experience.
  • Gather feedback from guests to continually improve offerings and address any concerns.
  • Prepare and manage budgets related to business development plans.
  • Analyze the financial performance of new projects and provide recommendations based on ROI.
  • Create a collaborative environment that encourages innovative thinking and teamwork.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related fields; or an MBA graduate.
  • At least 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the entertainment or hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of revenue growth through strategic initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for enhancing guest experiences.
