Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in freight forwarding (Air, Sea, and Land).
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and expand market presence.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, agents, and partners.
  • Prepare and deliver professional presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Analyze client needs and propose customized logistics and supply chain solutions.
  • Collaborate with operations and pricing teams to ensure service excellence and competitive offers.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adjust strategies as needed.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or international trade.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales and business development.
  • Strong knowledge of air, ocean, and land freight processes and documentation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel as required.
