Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Efficiency: Streamlining delivery processes to ensure timely and cost-effective service.
• Performance Monitoring: Using data analytics to track and improve performance, Cost management, and ensuring targets are met.
• Take full ownership of Service Level Agreements (SLAs), ensuring all commitments are met and exceeded, and continuously improving service delivery standards.
• Identify opportunities for growth and expansion of new services, developing and implementing strategies to capture new markets and enhance service offerings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
• Drive innovation within the team, encouraging creative solutions and the adoption of new technologies to improve operations and customer experience.
• Conduct thorough root cause analysis to identify underlying issues and implement effective solutions to prevent recurrence.
• Team Leadership: Leading, motivating, and developing team members to achieve their best.
• Customer Satisfaction: Addressing customer issues promptly and effectively to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Strategic Planning: Implementing business strategies and translating them into actionable plans for the team.
• Budget Management: Overseeing financial aspects, including budgeting and cost control.

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience in business management or one of these fields: logistics, data analytics, operations, supply chain management, business analytics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must, with fluency in both Farsi and English.
• Proven experience in business operations and performance analysis.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with quantitative data analysis, deep actionable insights, modeling, and advanced test plan design and analysis. (we are using Excel, SQL, and Power BI).
• Proactive Problem-Solving and ability to anticipate issues and develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
• Knowledge of logistics operations and systems.
• Demonstrated ability to take full responsibility for projects from inception to completion, ensuring high-quality outcomes and accountability for results.
• Bring a strategic and analytical mindset to the table, with the ability to envision and execute innovative solutions to complex operational challenges.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines; 24/7 availability to address urgent issues is essential.
