Key Responsibilities:

  • Define cost parameters and manage the business line.
  • Implement strategic growth plans and execute various scenarios to achieve results.
  • Build multiple growth pathways to ensure sustainable growth in the business line.
  • Design and execute daily operational plans to meet organizational goals and monthly sales targets.
  • Conduct final negotiations with strategic stakeholders and maintain effective communication with them.
  • Create programs for forecasting, expanding, targeting, and achieving sales.
  • Analyze competitor activities and calculate their market share.
  • Implement product strategies and guide product development from concept to launch.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of business development experience.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and strategy development.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in negotiation techniques.
  • Having an MBA degree is an advantage.
