Key Responsibilities:
- Define cost parameters and manage the business line.
- Implement strategic growth plans and execute various scenarios to achieve results.
- Build multiple growth pathways to ensure sustainable growth in the business line.
- Design and execute daily operational plans to meet organizational goals and monthly sales targets.
- Conduct final negotiations with strategic stakeholders and maintain effective communication with them.
- Create programs for forecasting, expanding, targeting, and achieving sales.
- Analyze competitor activities and calculate their market share.
- Implement product strategies and guide product development from concept to launch.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of business development experience.
- Strong understanding of business processes and strategy development.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in negotiation techniques.
- Having an MBA degree is an advantage.
