Job Description

Compliance and Regulation:

  • Ensure compliance with Iran’s labor laws and regulations concerning compensation and benefits.
  • Stay updated on changes in local labor laws and regulations affecting compensation and benefits.

Compensation Management:

  • Calculate salaries, bonuses, and other forms of compensation.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial documents related to compensation.

Benefits Administration:

  • Oversee and manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, livelihood packages, meals, motivational incentives, and other perks.
  • Ensure benefits offerings are competitive and meet employees’ needs.

Employee Contracts:

  • Draft, review, and manage employee contracts in compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
  • Ensure contracts are up-to-date and accurately reflect compensation and benefits packages.

ERP System Mastery:

  • Utilize Rahkaran ERP for managing compensation and benefits data.
  • Ensure accurate data entry, reporting, and system maintenance.

International Experience:

  • Apply knowledge of foreign employee regulations and practices to manage compensation and benefits for expatriate employees.
  • Ensure alignment of compensation and benefits for foreign employees with local regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree or relevant certifications is a plus.
  • At least 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits management, with a significant portion of that time spent working with foreign companies.
  • Proven experience in calculating salaries, preparing financial documents, and managing employee contracts.

Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of Iran’s labor laws and compensation regulations.
  • Familiarity with foreign employee regulations and practices.
  • Proficiency in Rahkaran ERP.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and apply complex compensation and benefits data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English is required.
