Job Description
- Coordinate administrative activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Manage reports and documents.
- Answer phone calls and transfer them, if needed.
- Arrange and coordinate meetings and appointments.
- Research, summarize, analyze and present results in a clear and continuous manner.
- Prepare and arrange commercial correspondence in English.
- Participate in external online meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Management.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in the mentioned position.
- Mastery of English (conversation and translation).
- Familiarity with MS Office.
- Mastery of office automation software.
- Familiarity with business correspondence in Farsi and English.
- Active learning skills, time management, and planning.
- Familiar with foreign trade.
- Search skills to find the required external source.
