Job Description

  • Do proforma affairs (receive, scan, and make files).
  • Importation approvals: MOC and MOH.
  • Order registration (all issues related to order registration).
  • Correspond with MOH and MOC.
  • Clearance permissions: MOC, MOH, and Ershad.
  • Daily follow-ups.
  • Issue Delivery Challan: KMP DC, and PP DC.
  • Send and receive DC.
  • Scan and file DC.
  • Prepare CABOTAGE file for Kish consignments.
  • Prepare syndicate pricing jointly.
  • Extend commercial cards.
  • Check MUSA petty cash.
  • Follow up on container return.
  • Settle accounts with shipping agency.
  • Get back deposit checks.
  • FIPA registration jointly.
  • Perform all commercial department-assigned jobs.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in business development.
  • MBA preferred but not necessary with relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of the administrative process of the Ministry of Commerce.
  • Knowledge of the central bank.
  • Knowledge of customs.
  • Advanced knowledge of trading rules.
  • Advanced knowledge of English.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Responsible and trustable.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize projects.
  • Superb negotiation capabilities.
  • Team-oriented and results-focused
