Job Description

  • Carry out and coordinate all business activities and affairs such as negotiation and ordering.
  • Communicate with the company's suppliers to register the order and arrange shipment.
  • Document the ordering process based on company requirements.
  • Plan with regulatory authorities, suppliers, and customers for smooth delivery of products.
  • Prepare regular reports and forecast plans and timelines.
  • Supplier evaluation with the help of other departments if needed.

Requirements

  • At least a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields.
  • At least three years of work experience in pharmacy.
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Good command of English, oral and written.
  • Good at MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Expert in all business stages.
  • Expert in rules and regulations of banking procedures.
  • Familiarity with customs clearance procedures.
  • Getting to know colleagues' systems.
  • Enthusiastic, energetic, self-motivated, creative, and a team player.
