Job Description
The Objective of the Role:
We need a commercial expert to optimize pricing, negotiate better deals, identify new market opportunities, manage risks, and improve profitability - ensuring sustainable business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Market Analysis & Strategy – Identifying new business opportunities, analyzing market trends, and developing growth strategies.
- Pricing & Cost Optimization – Ensuring competitive pricing while maintaining profitability.
- Contract & Negotiation Management – Handling negotiations with suppliers, partners, and clients to secure favorable terms.
- Risk Management – Assessing financial and commercial risks to mitigate potential losses; validating Suppliers' credentials as due diligence and complying with customers’ requirements.
- Sales & Business Development Support – coordinating with the sales team and commercial guidance.
- Customer & Supplier Relationship Management – Building strong partnerships to improve business outcomes.
- Financial Planning & Reporting – Monitoring orders and production of goods as per commercial terms.
Notes:
- Reporting to: Commercial Director, Sales Director, Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Finance Director/CFO.
- Probation Period: 1-Month.
- Working hours: 8-17, Saturday to Wednesday.
- Travel requirements: not too much, maybe occasionally.
- Gross monthly base salary: negotiable; according to the company's policy.
- Commission, bonus, and benefits: it depends on their efforts and evaluation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management (an MBA degree is a plus).
- Other Certifications Obtained: Commercial certifications (CCCM, CPSM, CPP).
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in related Industries.

- Business & Market Acumen – Strong understanding of pricing, competition, and growth strategies.
- Contract & Negotiation Skills – Expertise in tenders, procurement, and risk management.
- Financial & Analytical Skills – Proficiency in pricing models, cost analysis, and forecasting.

- Industry Expertise – Technical knowledge of industrial equipment and compliance standards.
- Communication & Leadership – Strong reporting, team management, and collaboration skills.
