Organize and lead the corporate strategic planning process to set the strategic direction of the group, develop portfolio strategy, and define corporate priorities
Collaborate with CEOs and members of the Boards of Directors of Digikala group companies to develop long-range strategic objectives and key business areas for Digikala group
Translate strategy and business models into business plans and roadmaps to enable effective implementation
Design business models to exploit growth opportunities or pivot existing businesses to maximize the potential for value creation
Monitor the progress of strategy implementation and engage with stakeholders to facilitate the process of implementing corporate strategy
Lead business strategy review process to ensure vertical alignment between corporate strategy and ventures’ strategies and horizontal alignment between ventures and make the required adjustments to the strategies
Conduct strategic analyses to assist with the proper development and/or revision of business strategies of ventures
Provide recommendations on prioritization of Digikala group investments and support the group finance team during annual budgeting and quarterly forecast process
Collaborate with CEOs and members of the boards of directors of Digikala group companies to develop long-range strategic objectives and identify key business areas for Digikala group.
