Job Description
Position Purpose:
The CRM expert plays a crucial role in maintaining and improving customer relationships through the effective use of CRM data. By leveraging customer data and feedback, the CRM Expert will drive business growth and enhance consumer satisfaction.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities of the Position:
- Developing and implementing CRM strategies.
- Analyzing customer data and feedback to improve customer experience.
- Responding to all consumer complaints and suggestions.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams and manufacturing and QA to ensure CRM satisfaction.
- Monitoring and reporting on CRM performance metrics monthly per brand.
Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree preferably in related fields (Marketing, Business/Analytic Courses); or an MBA graduate.
Experience:
- Proven experience in brand management or marketing having experience working in the FMCG industry – preferably in food or beverage companies (at least 3 years).
Skills:
- Average working knowledge of English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software.
