Job Description

The objective of the role:

  • Collect and analyze data from the customer service team to improve existing processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect measurable data for the customer service team.
  • Maintain and update databases.
  • Create analytical dashboards.
  • Analyze call traffic and monitor call line volume.
  • Manage and model call traffic.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
  • Collaborate on team projects.
  • Work Type: on-site - Sharif Innovation Station.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in Excel.
  • Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, and Python.
  • High accuracy and ability to multitask.
  • Familiarity with Power BI and Python is a plus.
