Supervise the activities of the sales team to achieve annual sales volume objectives for a specific product portfolio while remaining within an agreed cost budget and respecting ethical guidelines defined by the company.
Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service.
Inventory stock management.
Resolve complaints regarding sales and service.
Review the operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability.
Monitor sales activities via double visits.
Coach his/her team behaviorally and technically.
Requirements:
MD, Pharmacist, DVM, or at least a Master's in related medical fields.
At least 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical companies.
Experience in people management and team leadership is preferred.
Related experience in the diabetes line is a plus.
Excellent interpersonal savvy.
Fluent in English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Flexibility to travel across the assigned district.
