Job Description
- Manage the executive's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Screen and prioritize incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and special events, including logistics and agenda preparation.
- Maintain accurate records and files, both electronic and physical, ensuring information is up to date and easily accessible.
- Conduct research and compile data to support executive decision-making and initiatives.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Serve as a liaison between executives, departments, and external contacts.
- Anticipate needs and proactively resolve issues to ensure efficient operations and effective time management.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or a similar role, especially in petrochemical companies.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Persian, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
