Job Description

  • Manage the executive's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Screen and prioritize incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and special events, including logistics and agenda preparation.
  • Maintain accurate records and files, both electronic and physical, ensuring information is up to date and easily accessible.
  • Conduct research and compile data to support executive decision-making and initiatives.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Serve as a liaison between executives, departments, and external contacts.
  • Anticipate needs and proactively resolve issues to ensure efficient operations and effective time management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or a similar role, especially in petrochemical companies.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Persian, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
