Job Description

We need a talented executive assistant to drive workflows and provide personalized secretarial and administrative support. Someone proactive, with strong communication and analytical skills to fill this role. The executive assistant will offer comprehensive support in all areas of business, including communications, administration, project management, and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients.
  • Conduct benchmarking, evaluate datasets, and carry out in-depth analysis of market reports.
  • Manage executive calendars to accurately assess availability.
  • Process executive communications and correspondence for key updates and inquiries.
  • Assist with special projects as required in a support capacity.
  • Communicate in the office with all levels of staff to ensure coordination.
  • Draft daily memos on business topics for executives, staff, and clients.
  • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately.
  • Manage and schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Produce reports, presentations, and briefs.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English.
  • Strong research skills.
  • Expertise in documentation and process compilation.
  • MS Office proficiency.
  • Self-starter personality and intellectual curiosity.
  • Strong problem-solving ability.
