About the Role
We are seeking an organized, proactive, and highly skilled Executive Assistant to join our team. In this pivotal role, the successful candidate will coordinate projects, manage executive and recruitment-related processes, and support the team in delivering operational tasks accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities
Project & Process Coordination
• Manage and update project and candidate information in the ATS.
• Follow up on project status with team members and prepare progress reports.
• Prepare meeting agendas, draft minutes, and track the implementation of decisions
Recruitment Support.
• Publish job postings on the company website, social media, and job boards.
• Screen resumes, prepare shortlists, and coordinate with headhunters.
• Respond to inbound messages on LinkedIn and other channels.
• Schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, and follow up on feedback.
• Manage the process of submitting candidates to clients, tracking offers, and coordinating onboarding.
Administrative Support
• Assist in preparing contracts and following up on client payments.

What You Bring
• Fluency in English.
• Strong Google Workspace skills (especially Google Sheets and Docs).
• Familiarity with project management tools.
• Skilled in using job boards and platforms such as LinkedIn.
• Familiarity with HR concepts, particularly recruitment and talent acquisition processes, is a plus.

• High attention to detail and consistent follow-through.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Responsible, results-oriented, eager to learn, and a strong team player
