Position: Export Sales Expert-CIS Region;

The company has a strong presence in the local market and actively exports to various countries in the Middle East, Africa, CIS, and Europe for almost two decades.

Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities, and evaluate customer needs
- Seek out actively new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and being in the field.
- Negotiate and close deals as well as handle complaints or objections.
- Cooperate with production, logistics, and finance departments regarding production plans, shipments, etc.
- Prepare a database of foreign customers and related documentation.
- Be responsible for managing key clients, maintaining long-term relationships with current customers, and maximizing sales opportunities within them.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commercial Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience and knowledge of the plastic industry is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of INCOTERMS and transportation and costumes processes.
- Excellent planning and organizing skills.
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Possibility to travel abroad for missions.
- Fluency in Russian (written and spoken) is a must.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is an advantage.
- Good command of using different Microsoft Office programs.
