Bitumen Petro, an established company in the oil and energy sector, is looking for a professional and motivated Key Account Specialist to join our growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer relationship management systems to maintain and track customer interactions.
- Provide after-sales services, including customer and document follow-up.
- Communicate effectively with global clients and ensure timely responses to inquiries.
- Coordinate with the logistics department to fulfill orders and resolve issues.
- Follow up on export documentation, shipping schedules, and payments.
- Maintain strong business relationships with existing clients and assist in onboarding new ones.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with international trade and export documentation.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently as part of a cross-functional team.
- Detail-oriented and proactive in handling client accounts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
