Bitumen Petro, an established company in the oil and energy sector, is looking for a professional and motivated Key Account Specialist to join our growing team.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer relationship management systems to maintain and track customer interactions.
Provide after-sales services, including customer and document follow-up.
Communicate effectively with global clients and ensure timely responses to inquiries.
Coordinate with the logistics department to fulfill orders and resolve issues.
Follow up on export documentation, shipping schedules, and payments.
Maintain strong business relationships with existing clients and assist in onboarding new ones.
Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Familiarity with international trade and export documentation.
Strong follow-up, coordination, and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently as part of a cross-functional team.
Detail-oriented and proactive in handling client accounts.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
