Job Description
- Develop HR audit scope and audit plans.
- Analyze, and evaluate HR risk in human resource processes, tasks, and activities
- Prepare and present reports that reflect audit results in the field of human resources processes.
- Identify risk and implantation risk management methods.
- Maintain open communication with management and the audit committee.
- Document process and prepare audit findings memorandum.
- Conduct follow-up audit results.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in HRM.
- At least five years of experience in HR; a proven work experience as a human resources manager.
- Ability to work with little supervision.
- Excellent analysis and data reporting skills.
- High-level interpersonal skills.
- Critical thinking skills.
- Leadership skills.
