Job Description

  • Develop HR audit scope and audit plans.
  • Analyze, and evaluate HR risk in human resource processes, tasks, and activities
  • Prepare and present reports that reflect audit results in the field of human resources processes.
  • Identify risk and implantation risk management methods.
  • Maintain open communication with management and the audit committee.
  • Document process and prepare audit findings memorandum.
  • Conduct follow-up audit results.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in HRM.
  • At least five years of experience in HR; a proven work experience as a human resources manager.
  • Ability to work with little supervision.
  • Excellent analysis and data reporting skills.
  • High-level interpersonal skills.
  • Critical thinking skills.
  • Leadership skills.
