Job Description
The human resources administration unit is the operational arm of the human resources department, responsible for the proper implementation of human resources-related processes, guidelines, and regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide all routine administrative services to the plant's employees.
- Implement all assigned human resource manager policies and programs in the related plant.
- Direct participation in the implementation of HR projects.
- Evaluate and monitor assigned processes and report to the HR and plant managers.
Requirements:
- Age range: 30 to 45 years old.
- At least 8 years of continuous experience in HR.
- At least a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Management, Industrial Engineering, etc.
- Sufficient knowledge of the 34000 human resources standard.
- Familiarity with labor and social security laws.
- Mastery of recruitment and payroll.
- Ability to lead and coach work teams.
- Ability to prepare plant human resources budget.
- Familiarity with developing on-the-job training.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Intermediate level), especially Word, Excel, Access, and Visio.
