Job Description

The human resources administration unit is the operational arm of the human resources department, responsible for the proper implementation of human resources-related processes, guidelines, and regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide all routine administrative services to the plant's employees.
  • Implement all assigned human resource manager policies and programs in the related plant.
  • Direct participation in the implementation of HR projects.
  • Evaluate and monitor assigned processes and report to the HR and plant managers.

 

Requirements:

  • Age range: 30 to 45 years old.
  • At least 8 years of continuous experience in HR.
  • At least a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Management, Industrial Engineering, etc.
  • Sufficient knowledge of the 34000 human resources standard.
  • Familiarity with labor and social security laws.
  • Mastery of recruitment and payroll.
  • Ability to lead and coach work teams.
  • Ability to prepare plant human resources budget.
  • Familiarity with developing on-the-job training.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Intermediate level), especially Word, Excel, Access, and Visio.
