Collaborate with stakeholders across various HR functions to create and update processes, ensuring compliance with organizational, industry, and international standards.
Develop and monitor key performance indicators and processes to guarantee the proper implementation of approved procedures, providing periodic visual reports on evaluation results.
Deliver regular and periodic reports on the outcomes of all management system assessments and audits to obtain relevant certification and awards.
Conduct internal audits to improve organizational processes and ensure complete alignment with the documented plans of the Process Unit.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify needs and enhance existing processes.
Collaborate with IT teams to integrate processes into Business Process Management Systems (BPMS).
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for HR processes, ensure audit compliance, and facilitate collaboration with auditors and international partners.
Develop, implement, and maintain quality systems and procedures related to HR processes, aligning them with organizational objectives and legal requirements.
Train and empower employees in HR processes and standards.
Prepare and submit accurate reports on quality system performance, audit findings, and continuous improvement initiatives, providing insights for decision-making.
Identify areas for improvement in HR processes and procedures, and propose initiatives to enhance quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in HR process management or a related role.
Proven track record of implementing and maintaining ISO standards (ISO 9001, 45001, or equivalent).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in project management and process improvement methodologies.
Familiarity with HR information systems and Business Process Management Systems (BPMS).
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and across departments.
