Job Description

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across various HR functions to create and update processes, ensuring compliance with organizational, industry, and international standards.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators and processes to guarantee the proper implementation of approved procedures, providing periodic visual reports on evaluation results.
  • Deliver regular and periodic reports on the outcomes of all management system assessments and audits to obtain relevant certification and awards.
  • Conduct internal audits to improve organizational processes and ensure complete alignment with the documented plans of the Process Unit.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify needs and enhance existing processes.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to integrate processes into Business Process Management Systems (BPMS).
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for HR processes, ensure audit compliance, and facilitate collaboration with auditors and international partners.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality systems and procedures related to HR processes, aligning them with organizational objectives and legal requirements.
  • Train and empower employees in HR processes and standards.
  • Prepare and submit accurate reports on quality system performance, audit findings, and continuous improvement initiatives, providing insights for decision-making.
  • Identify areas for improvement in HR processes and procedures, and propose initiatives to enhance quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in HR process management or a related role.
  • Proven track record of implementing and maintaining ISO standards (ISO 9001, 45001, or equivalent).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management and process improvement methodologies.
  • Familiarity with HR information systems and Business Process Management Systems (BPMS).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and across departments.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
