Job Description

The objective of the role:

  • Responsible for supporting the HR department with managing missions.

Responsibilities:

  • Staff Missions Coordination;
  • Ticket and Hotel Management;
  • Petty Cash Management;
  • TP (Tour Plan) Management;
  • Mission Planning and Revisions;
  • Monthly Travel Plan (TP) Updates;
  • Follow-Up and Reporting:
  1. Follow up with team members, ensuring all necessary submissions are made on time.
  2. Ensure clear and regular communication with departments regarding plans, invoices, and reports.
  • Reporting to the HR manager.
  • Probation period: 3 months.
  • Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday from 8:30 am - 5:30 pm.
  • Gross monthly base salary: Negotiable.

Requirements

  • At least a Bachelor's degree in related fields, or an MBA graduate.
  • Preferably more than two years of experience in relevant fields, especially in HR administration.
  • Upper-intermediate knowledge of English.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and Word.
  • Committed, responsible, and punctual.
  • Hard worker.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Multitask.
