Job Description
The objective of the role:
- Responsible for supporting the HR department with managing missions.
Responsibilities:
- Staff Missions Coordination;
- Ticket and Hotel Management;
- Petty Cash Management;
- TP (Tour Plan) Management;
- Mission Planning and Revisions;
- Monthly Travel Plan (TP) Updates;
- Follow-Up and Reporting:
- Follow up with team members, ensuring all necessary submissions are made on time.
- Ensure clear and regular communication with departments regarding plans, invoices, and reports.
- Reporting to the HR manager.
- Probation period: 3 months.
- Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday from 8:30 am - 5:30 pm.
- Gross monthly base salary: Negotiable.
Requirements
- At least a Bachelor's degree in related fields, or an MBA graduate.
- Preferably more than two years of experience in relevant fields, especially in HR administration.
- Upper-intermediate knowledge of English.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and Word.
- Committed, responsible, and punctual.
- Hard worker.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Multitask.
