Job Description

  • Create and launch career paths and career ladders for tech and product teams.
  • Headcount planning and recruiting the relevant positions.
  • Responsible for implementing entire HR processes in the tech and product departments.
  • Work in an environment that demands strong deliverables along with the ability to identify problems and drive appropriate solutions.
  • Conflict resolution and resolving interpersonal issues Interface at all levels of the organization.
  • Operate with autonomy and discretion.
  • Successfully monitor the "pulse" of the employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields.
  • Understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity, and development of HR within the company.
  • 2 to 4 years of managerial experience (working in the tech and product field is a must).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; high-quality document and report preparation.
  • Exceptional listening skills and ability to relate to influence, and coach employees of all levels in the organization.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as an active member of both tech and product and HR teams.
  • Ability to analyze data, prepare analytical reports, and work with related graphs.
  • Commitment to continuous process improvement in people strategies and initiatives.
  • Successful record of executing operational processes and procedures, with high levels of customer satisfaction.
