Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields.
Understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity, and development of HR within the company.
2 to 4 years of managerial experience (working in the tech and product field is a must).
Excellent written and verbal communication; high-quality document and report preparation.
Exceptional listening skills and ability to relate to influence, and coach employees of all levels in the organization.
Ability to work independently, as well as an active member of both tech and product and HR teams.
Ability to analyze data, prepare analytical reports, and work with related graphs.
Commitment to continuous process improvement in people strategies and initiatives.
Successful record of executing operational processes and procedures, with high levels of customer satisfaction.
