Role Description:
- Executing and analyzing the results of surveys and interviews related to culture, employee engagement, and employee experience (engagement, attrition, eNPS, candidates, socializing, etc.).
- Providing structural and process-related recommendations aimed at preparing the organization for future changes
- Evaluating indicators related to managers' participation in HR processes (performance management, IDP, etc.).
- Examining HR indicators, providing and implementing solutions.
- Developing and updating the HR calendar to align HR activities.
- Facilitating and proposing implementation of desired organizational culture.
- Interacting with strategic and operational colleagues to improve the implementation of HR processes and help resolve issues and conflicts.
- Preparing customized reports as required by the businesses.
- Developing an employee experience journey map and proposing improvements to HR processes to enhance colleague experience.
- Identifying and providing solutions to resolve conflicts among colleagues.
Requirements:
Work experience:
- 8 years of relevant work experience.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Human resources processes.
- Coaching.
- Power BI.
- Power of negotiation and bargaining.
- Adaptability and flexibility.
