Rehabilitation of fertilizing plants in CPAMC:

RAMPCO Group entered the Venezuelan market in 2013 after conducting extensive research. Focusing on petrochemical and refinery maintenance projects, partnered with Pequiven in 2020 to collaborate on projects. In 2022, RAMPCO secured a contract to rehabilitate the ammonia unit of the Ana Maria Campos petrochemical complex (CPAMC), beginning its operations in September 2023.

Position Summary:

We seek a dynamic and results-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team in Maracaibo, Venezuela. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, a passion for human resources, and a proven ability to develop and implement effective HR strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Building: Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment by implementing team-building initiatives and promoting effective communication.
  • Individual Development: Develop, implement, and track comprehensive Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for existing and new employees, ensuring their professional growth and alignment with company goals.
  • Succession Planning: Talent acquisition or Identifying and developing high-potential employees to ensure a smooth transition and continuity of leadership within the organization.
  • Cultural Competency: Effectively manage and navigate a diverse workforce, demonstrating sensitivity and understanding of different cultures and backgrounds.
  • Employee Relations: Manage employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary procedures, and grievance handling.
  • Recruitment and Selection: Lead the recruitment and develop and implement the selection process, attracting and hiring top talent that aligns with the company's values and strategic objectives. developing communication & partnerships with local universities and technical institutes.
  • Performance Management: Establish and implement performance management systems to evaluate employee performance, provide feedback, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Training and Development: Identify and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, or a related field.
  • At least two years of experience in HR, preferably in a multinational or multicultural environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Fluency in English or Spanish.
