Maintain and coordinate appropriate learning interventions taking into account learning principles and theories (e.g., training programs, coaching, on-the-job learning, etc.) and manage the ongoing delivery.
Negotiate with the recruitment organization (through Indirect procurement) to ensure cost-effective business focus contracts are in place for talent recruitment.
Support the Reward strategy and prepare recommendations where appropriate.
Ensure timely delivery of accurate remuneration & benefits to all local staff to ensure the satisfaction of the employees.
Ensure compliance with legal legislation as per labor law at all times.
Recruit and plan the onboarding of fresh graduates and mid-career professionals applying for BVT methodology as per the agreed plan.
Support flawless execution of Area and end market HR strategies, based on the Winning Organization dashboard & Co Plan (e.g., conducting Perform/Develop Workshops, Facilitating Talent Review Meetings, etc.).
Requirement:
A graduate preferably with an emphasis on human resources.
2/3 years of working experience in a medium-sized dynamic organization with some multinational company exposure.
Conversant in Iran labor law.
Understanding administering payroll processes.
Knowledge of the salary market in Iran.
Strong interpersonal communication skills.
Written and verbal fluency in both English and Farsi.
Standard computer literacy (Windows, Office, etc.).
