This type of cooperation has emerged in recent years and the human resources team of the operations department is responsible for providing and employing staff, improving the experience and satisfaction of part-time employees, as well as managing and developing this model of cooperation based on business needs.
At this stage, considering the increase in the scale of part-time employees, it is necessary to improve the service level of responding to them, and to design or improve the relevant processes, which is the responsibility of the person who is placed in this role. This job is recommended to a person who is interested in technology and process issues in addition to HR.
Responsibilities:
- Increase the scale of part-time colleagues.
- Follow up and respond to part-time personnel issues.
- Improve the conditions of part-time personnel in line with company policies.
- Create the necessary processes.
- Improve existing processes.
- Improve indicators related to the satisfaction and effectiveness of part-time personnel.
- Participate in identifying requirements and communicating with the product. development team and Follow up on improvements and features of the platform.
