Job Description
The HR supervisor is responsible for overseeing the full employee lifecycle and implementing HR policies and practices tailored to the unique needs of the e-commerce business. This role serves as a strategic partner to department heads and a trusted advisor to employees, ensuring compliance, supporting employee relations, and driving organizational efficiency through data-driven HR initiatives.
Roles:
- Act as a strategic business partner to department heads and HRBP.Manage the recruitment, onboarding, training, and offboarding of employees across the OPS department.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, procedures, and best practices to align with evolving business needs and industry standards.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies related to HR.
- Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations, performance management, and other people-related matters.
- Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, address issues, and recommend data-driven solutions.
- Collaborate with HRBP & Line Manager to understand staffing needs and align HR strategies accordingly.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Implement employee engagement and retention initiatives to foster a positive work culture.
- Organize team-building activities, social events, and wellness initiatives to foster a positive work culture.
- Serve as a strategic partner to the HR Manager and contribute to the overall HR vision and strategy.
Key Results Areas
- Candidate satisfaction with the recruitment process.
- Percentage of successful hires (i.e., hires that remain with the company for at least 1 year).
- Employee engagement survey scores.Employee turnover rate (voluntary and involuntary).
- Accuracy and timeliness of HR data and reporting.
